Shipping + Return Policy

Shipping
We offer standard, expedited, and 2-day services via UPS and FedEx.

Returns
We get it - sometimes things just don’t work out.

To return an item, it must be in its original, unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of purchase.

  1. Please email us at customerservice@riverofgoods.com to request a return + include the following information:

    • order number
    • reason for return
    • pictures of the product if it is damaged


  2. For manufacturing defects River of Goods will send a prepaid return shipping label via email within 48-72 hours. Shipping charges will be paid for by River of Goods. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for customer remorse returns.

  3. Mail your returned item to:

  4. Include the original packing slip or a copy of the email requesting the return in your package.

  5. Once the return is received + inspected a refund will be issued.

Merchandising that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for a return.
